Pulp fiction so far is very funny! Vincent and Jules the two hit men both play off each other with their humor. The violence is this movie is not so graphic its more just entertaining. No blood really is seen when Jules repeatedly shots the men in the apartment. After this scene we see Vincent go to take his bosses wife Mia out for night. John Travolta is almost a little awkward waiting for Mia which makes this scene humorous. Im very curious to see where this movie will go.
So far, I really like Pulp Fiction. I'm really freaked out by all of the needles and guns which is basically what the movie has been so far! Other than that, I think it's very funny and kind of an "off beat" type of film. I also think the film is a lot more interesting considering it's out of chronological order. Since we're following a story line that's mixed up, it keeps me, personally, a lot more interested in the plot. Throughout the whole film you're wondering when everything is going to come together and start to make sense. I'm definitely really engaged by the movie and have been enjoying it a lot!

I like this film so far because it is funnier than any other movie we've seen this year. The editing style is very interesting because it flips back and forth so much. The characters are very interesting and I like how we learn more about them as time goes on rather than being introduced to everything about them right at the beginning.
I've really liked this film so far. It's very different from any other movies we've watched in class, and it kind of makes you wonder. The whole time I've been thinking - how do these two things tie together? It's sort of a mystery, which keeps me entertained. Also, it's very humorous. Vincent is a very straight forward and funny guy, making him a very likable character.
I'm curious to see what happens in the ending of this film because it's hard to understand why there is so much gore and obscenity in the movie. Does Terrintino do this for a reason? Although I do understand that the movie was made in the 90's, and this type of attitude was not uncommon within the film industry at this time, I still am shocked by the amount that is shown to viewers. From cursing, to being stabbed in the heart, and shooting up heroin, to shooting human beings... I feel like we've seen it all in this movie.

I didnt know that you could show something like that in a popular film. I really like Uma Thurman in this film. I have never seen her in a film before, but I knew that she has worked with Quentin Tarantino before. the chemistry between her and John Travoltas character is really great and Im excited to see where their relationship goes. It's jam packed with sarcastic jokes, awkward conversations and encounters, and creative drug use -- hate needles. Despite all that is happening in terms of the plot and character development, relationships intertwin in a way that's clever and entertaining as hell.
But whatever happened to the robbers in the begining? And why is there a bandage on Marcellus's neck? Since, we never see his face it must be important,expecially because whatever "it" is, it does not heel. Maybe it is supposed to be symbolic. Lara
Pulp Fiction is by far the best and most epic film we have watched so far. The way Tarantino mixes gory violence, sarcastic humor, excessive use of drugs, and vulgar language makes watching the movie almost irresistible. Every scene has kept me captivated, interested, and craving more. I also really like how Tarantino chose to film and edit this film. Unlike a generic film, Pulp Fiction has little stories inside of it that show the lives of different characters. Tarantino uses this technique to show how all of the characters are connected to each other in one way or another. I can't wait to see how the film ends and how the robbers from the beginning of the film come back into play.

I like how people actually had the guts to make and act in a movie that would turn out like this because I feel it goes against so many social-norms and that's really what makes it stick out and makes it so enjoyable. I also really like that about the movie because you get this feeling that you're actually there and normally in most movies directors avoid the excess cursing and control the characters so it's more appropriate and this film doesn't do that which really makes you forget the fact that you're watching a film. The scenes with Bruce Willis are very entertaining and I am happy i am enjoying this movie and don't hate it like Unforgiven.

It is nearly impossible to predict what is going to happen next with each scene. On the other hand ,I think the scene with the rapist might be the most disturbing thing I have ever seen in a class room.

I am really enjoying Pulp Fiction because it is very funny. Many of the scenes like when John Travolta is dancing has been copied and is so well known which shows the popularity of the movie. Also at another point when Butch is on the chopper with his girlfriend he says "Zed's, Zed's dead baby." has been used in songs. The only complaint that I have is that there is a lot of violence which is hard to deal with when you are laughing at some points and you are shutting your eyes because someone is getting blown into pieces. But overall really fun film to watch definitely my favorite.

This is probably one of the best movies I've ever seen, and I understand now why my parents are constantly quoting it. The multiple plot lines keep me hooked. The characters seem so believable, and although it's fairly graphic, Tarantino made it humorous in a way. However, I can't help but wonder if there's supposed to be a specific order to the scenes. At first it seems like it's going in order, but once Butch rides away on the chopper, it's obvious things are jumbled up, because it goes back to one of the first scenes of the movie. While some things fall into place, like where the opening scene in the diner is supposed to go, I'm still unsure of when the whole thing with Mia was supposed to be. Also, I think the story only happens in a few days, but the way it's cut, it makes it seem like a longer time.
Pulp Fiction was probably one of the best films I've seen. The messed up order of each scene is unique and unusual it's rare that directors use this film technique. The humor and anything illegal are pretty entertaining to watch since the characters either do something completely stupid or are in a rush to fix a problem so they don't get killed by Wallace. The scene I enjoyed the most was when Butch was looking for a weapon at the pawn shop and couldn't decide which one to pick since each one was soo great.
I have never seen Pulp Fiction before, so it's been fun watching it. I love the dialogue in this film, it really helps the film move forward. I also like how the film isn't really in any order, just all thrown together. It makes it feel more "right." Its really entertaining.
This is my first time watching Pulp Fiction but before watching the film my friend told me its a very entertaining movie and i think he is right but the final scene is best scene in the movie and one thing i don't like about pulp fiction that film doesn't have any single storytelling but it does create film more interesting and dialogues really help the movie to keep flowing
I thought the movie was really entertaining, although i'm still trying to figure out why because I usually don't like these types of movies. I like the use of macguffins and the mystery of some parts of the movie. It's nice to see a director like Tarantino have fun and enjoy their work without being ridiculous or lacking a point. However, I still think there is actually a moral to the movie even if it is a weak one.
I greatly enjoyed this film because I liked how the storyline linked up all together into one big plot. The film, in the beginingwas sort of confusing but started to level out once all of the character were involved some what with each other. Liam Sheen
